Decomplx

Website data use and analytics choices

This page describes data use on the public Decomplx website. Company accounts and employee applications have separate operational data requirements that should be discussed before onboarding.

When you request a demo

The demo form sends the information you enter to Decomplx: name, company, work email, optional phone, operations size and any message or country supplied. The request is stored so the team can respond. The website also attempts an email acknowledgement and internal email or WhatsApp notification through the configured delivery services.

Optional website analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics, delivered through Google Tag Manager, measures visits to public pages and actions such as a successful demo request. Analytics may use cookies and process browser and device information. Our application events omit form contents, names, emails, phone numbers and company identifiers. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation are not enabled by this website implementation.

Your choice

Analytics tags remain unloaded until you allow analytics. You can decline and still browse or submit a demo request. Use Privacy settings to change your choice when analytics is configured. Declining after acceptance reloads the page to stop the tags and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase data previously received by Google.

Ask about your information

Use the website demo contact form to ask the Decomplx team about access, correction, deletion, retention or the delivery providers used for your request. Include only the information needed for the enquiry.
